- Advertiser applications — When you submit an inquiry through our “Advertise with Us” form, we collect your company name, contact name, email address, website URL, a description of what you want to advertise, an optional budget range, and any additional notes you include.
- Advertiser accounts — If you are invited to create an advertiser account, we collect your email address, password (stored securely and never in plain text), and optionally your full name and company name.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard web server data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your request. This data is used for security and uptime monitoring and is not linked to your identity.
- Session cookies — If you sign in to an advertiser account, we use a secure HTTP-only cookie to maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To review and respond to advertising inquiries
- To operate and secure advertiser accounts
- To communicate with you about your account or inquiry
- To monitor and improve the performance and security of the website
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for behavioral advertising.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account data and application submissions are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
- Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel processes web requests and may log IP addresses and request metadata.
We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.
Data retention
Advertiser application submissions are retained for as long as they are relevant to our business relationship with you. Account data is retained for the life of your account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
